The Renders of the project

Twelve is an isolated single-family home located in Santa Ponça, Mallorca.

Jaime Salvá's design is based on contemporary Mediterranean architecture, with the interior design by Marga Comas. The distribution has been worked on to obtain spacious, bright spaces with cross ventilation. Also connecting the interior and exterior to achieve a greater visual sense.

These spaces are used in a game of volumes that are transformed into iconic architecture, where form and function merge, since any architectural gesture obeys a functional motif.

Few materials were used though applied in a thoughtful way, such as the local dry stone from Santanyí, used in both exterior and interior walls. Or the Balearic gray limestone, which provides a very neutral tone that works very well with the furniture.
