Single-family home nestled in the exclusive residential enclave of Son Puig, Palma de Mallorca. Boasting contemporary design and meticulous planning, this residence on a 458-square-meter corner plot captures attention with its unique features.

Throughout the design process, our focus was on achieving clean geometry and introducing volumetric dynamism.

Positioned on two facades at varying elevations, this home creates visually captivating architecture, generating ever-shifting shadows that enhance its aesthetic allure throughout the day.

The interior layout, crucial in shaping the volumetric structure, ensures spacious rooms bathed in natural light.

Carefully designed access points offer a seamless transition, while a cross-ventilation system enhances energy efficiency.

The use of neutral, warm materials creates visual harmony, and the kitchen seamlessly connects to the outdoor dining area, fostering a fluid link between interior and exterior spaces.
