Contemporary architecture driving the renewal of Son Armadams
Located on a previously degraded plot (formerly home to the Delfos brothel), Bellver Oaks is a clear example of how architecture can activate positive transformations in the city. This seven-unit residential building, designed by our studio, is part of a broader urban regeneration that is restoring the stately, residential character of Son Armadams, in Palma de Mallorca.
The project embraces a serene, Mediterranean, and light-filled architecture, using noble materials such as Santanyí dry stone and natural wood. The homes are conceived as contemporary spaces of wellbeing, open to natural light, with deep terraces, integrated greenery, and views of Bellver Castle.
